Real Club Sevilla Golf
- Architect: José María Olazábal
- Opened 1992
- 18 holes
- Par 72
Opened in 1992 at Montequinto, south-east of the city, José María Olazábal's design is Seville's benchmark: 6,529 metres from the championship tees, par 72, 61 hectares planted with more than 10,000 trees, 90 bunkers and nine lakes. The Bermuda fairways are generous, the bentgrass greens boldly contoured. It hosted the 2004 World Cup of Golf, won by Paul Casey and Luke Donald for England, then the Spanish Open in 2008, 2010 and 2012. A championship course playable at every level, with a 260-metre driving range to warm up.
Signature hole. The 18th closes the card with a real test: a lake guards the left of the green, bunkers the right, and both the drive and the second shot must choose their risk.
